Project Estimating and Scheduling
…Creating Realistic and Practical Schedules and Budgets
Establishing realistic estimates and schedules for projects that
support business objectives and meet client expectations is one
of the most challenging aspects of project planning. Delivering
those results within the agreed upon time, cost and quality
constrains is also very challenging.
Unfortunately, even with the best of intentions, the project
schedule looses its practical purpose the moment it gets a
signoff. After this schedule is forgotten and it’s assumed that
“Real work and real project situation can never be captured in
the Project Schedule”. This is simply because Leaders and
Managers are not fully aware of how to use this tool to the
fullest extent while solving practical real time issues.
The goal of this course is to equip you with the necessary
knowledge, skills and techniques so that you can establish
realistic schedules and budgets for project that support
